Prep Time: 2 hours 20 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes | Serves 6

Ingredients : 

2 minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup olive oil
2½ pounds (1.1 kg) turkey breast
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon stone-ground brown mustard
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon melted vegan butter

Directions : 

1. Combine rosemary, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir to fully combine.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and coat the turkey breast with the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator
for two hours.
3. thirty minutes before cooking, remove the bowl from the refrigerator.
4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
5. Remove the turkey from the marinade and place it in the basket.
6. Place the basket of the air fryer in Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 400 degrees
Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 20 minutes.
7. Halfway through the cooking process, turn the chicken breast.
8. At the end of the cooking process, the breast should be nicely browned.
9. In the interim, combine the remaining ingredients in a small dish using a whisk. Stir to fully combine.
10. Pour half of the butter mixture over the turkey breast and continue air-frying for ten minutes in the oven.
Flip the breast and pour the remaining butter mixture over it halfway through cooking.
11. Transfer the turkey to a platter and slice into pieces.
