Ingredients : 

2 eggs
1 cup flour
¹⁄₃ cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
1 pound (454 g) crab sticks
Cooking spray
½ cup mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions : 

1. In a basin, beat the eggs. A modest bowl of flour is presented. Combine the panko bread crumbs and old
bay seasoning in a separate shallow bowl.
2. Coat the crab sticks with flour, shaking off any excess, before dipping them in the beaten eggs and
pressing them into the bread crumb mixture.
3. Spray the crab sticks with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer’s basket.
4. Place the basket of the air fryer in Rack Position 2, choose Air Fry, adjust the temperature to 390 degrees
Fahrenheit (199 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 12 minutes.
5. Halfway through the cooking period, the crab sticks should be flipped.
6. Prepare the sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic in a small basin.
7. Upon completion of cooking, remove the item from the oven. The crab sticks should be served with a side
of mayonnaise.
