Ingredients : 

2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, smashed to a paste
½ cup chicken broth
¹⁄₃ cup sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Cooking spray
2 pounds (907 g) ground turkey
¾ cup finely chopped button mushrooms
2 large eggs, beaten
1½ teaspoons tamari
¼ cup finely chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
2 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, smashed
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Sliced red chiles, for garnish (optional)
2 tablespoons tamari
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Directions :

1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine the sauce’s components. Stir to fully combine. Set aside.
3. Combine the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl. Stir until well incorporated, then roll the
mixture into 12 meatballs measuring 1.5 inches in diameter.
4. Apply the sauce to the meatballs after placing them in the basket.
5. Place the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide it to position 2 on the rack. Air Fry, 350 degrees
Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius), 15 minutes.
6. Halfway through, you should flip the balls.
7. The meatballs should be golden brown when they are done cooking.
8. On a large serving platter, unroll the lettuce and lay the cooked meatballs on top of the lettuce. Before
serving, spread red chilies and sesame seeds over the balls.
