Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 35 minutes | Serves 8

Ingredients : 

½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 medium Roma tomatoes, halved
3 pounds (1.4 kg) chicken breasts, bone-in
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cooking spray

Directions : 

1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
2. Besides the chicken breasts and tomatoes, put the remaining ingredients in a big bowl. Stir to fully combine.
3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture well by dipping and pressing them.
4. In the basket should be placed the chicken breasts.
5. Place the basket of the air fryer in Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 370 degrees
Fahrenheit (188 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 20 minutes.
6. Halfway through cooking, flip the chicken breasts over.
7. The thickest portion of the breasts should reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit
(74 degrees Celsius) when cooking is complete.
8. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit after removing the chicken breasts (180 degrees
Celsius).
9. The tomatoes are sprayed with cooking spray and placed in the basket. Sprinkle with a small amount of
salt.
10. Set time to 10 minutes. The tomatoes should be stirred at the halfway point of cooking.
11. At the conclusion of the cooking process, the tomatoes should be soft.
12. On a big dish, serve the tomatoes with the chicken breasts.
